HOME INVASION ATTORNEY
A person who, by day or night, forcibly enters an inhabited dwelling without permission of the owner, resident or lawful occupant, whether or not a person is present at the time of the entry, is guilty of home invasion. This is a category B felony and is punishable from 1-10 years in prison, and a fine up to $10,000.00. This is a probationable offense unless the person has a prior conviction for Burglary or Home Invasion.
By hiring an experienced attorney you can usually have your charges reduced or dismissed without the stress and high cost of trial and without having to serve time in prison or jail.
